Shipping Partners

We use trusted courier partners to deliver your orders: Delhivery, DTDC, Bluedart, and India Post.

Dispatch Time

  • Standard products: Dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Custom products: Dispatched within 2–4 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Damaged Parcels & Unboxing

If your parcel arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video at the time of delivery and report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the package. Your report should include:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Unboxing video showing the packaging and damage

Send your report to support@printworldshop.com. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund according to our Refund & Return Policy.

Incorrect Address & Reshipping

Please provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If the order is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, we do not offer a refund. Reshipping charges will apply.

Tracking & Updates

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Use that number on the courier partner's website to track the delivery. If you need assistance, contact our support team at support@printworldshop.com.

International Shipping

At present, we ship within India only. For international orders, please contact our support team to check availability and shipping costs.

Exceptions & Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.
