Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
- Product is damaged
- Wrong item delivered
- Printing mistake from our side
Returns are not accepted for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Customer-uploaded wrong artwork or incorrect details
- Minor color differences due to screen variations
2. Reporting an Issue
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product. The report must include:
- Order ID
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product
- Unboxing video (required for damaged parcels)

3. Refund or Replacement
Replacements are preferred whenever possible. Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be provided or the issue cannot be resolved.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized products
- Bulk orders
- Discounted or sale products
5. Wrong Address Provided
If a wrong or incomplete address was provided by the customer, no refund will be given. Reshipping charges will apply for returned parcels.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once they enter the processing or printing stage.
